Decision making process of virtual soccer robot has large scale state variable that has 46 independnt parameters. This paper introduces 2-Dimensional arbitrary shaped fuzzy set on the soccer eld to denote linguistic notion associated with soccer strategy, e.g. "right corner", "center middle", "shoot chance area". We show its implementation: OZED system, and show characteristics of them and effciency in rule making.
