Abstract
Sapporo Medical Association develops a regional medical information reference
system for supporting patients' migration flow; patients flow from/to various types of medical
facilities. The system consists of three subsystems: the facilities database, the matching
subsystem and the coordination subsystem. Facilities database includes medical facilities in
Sapporo Medical Association with map information, the matching subsystem solves graph matching
algorithm with multi-objectives and the coordination subsystem consults consensus making for
both facilities and patients. The trial system starts its running on May 22nd 2006. This
article surveys current results of Patients matching system of Sapporo Medical Association.
