Abstract
Up to now, some resource constrained project scheduling, like as TOC (Theory of Constraints), have concentrated on minimizing make-span under a fixed resource input order. However, in real situations, the resource input order may be ambiguous on complex and diversified project. In this research, we investigate bi-objective project scheduling problem with fuzzy input order of resource in environment of TOC. We aim to find optimal resource assignment for decreasing of resource conflict situation and non-dominated schedules to maximize minimum satisfaction with respect to availability of resource and to minimize project make-span, simultaneously.
