Abstract

In this paper, fuzzy c-lines for data with tolerance is proposed. First, Fuzzy c-Lines without tolerance and Fuzzy $c$-Means for data with tolerance are introduced. Second, an optimization problem is proposed for Fuzzy $c$-Lines for data with tolerance. Third, Its KKT conditions are solved into an alternative optimizing algorithm is proposed. Forth, some numerical examples are shown. Last, this paper is concluded.
