Car racing game is a competition game of computer programs in IEEE 2007 Car Racing Copmpetition, where two car agents compete with each other for taking waypoints in a two dimensional plane. If the current waypoint is taken, the next waypoint become the current waypoint. After each action, the car agent can get some information on itself, the other car agent, the current waypoint and the next waypoint. In this paper, we evaluate how good are states of the car agents with the fuzzy sets about its speed and the distance and angle to the current waypoint from the information. We propose a method that compares its own and the other states and decides which waypoint is better to go. We illustrate this method is higher in performance in comparing the number of the winning games than the programs in Competition that do not use the fuzzy sets.
