A Study of Visual Information Extraction and Presentation Method \\for Low Vision Aids in Life Space

Abstract

There are a lot of people who feel the inconvenience in daily life because of their visual disturbance that is called "low vision", such as old sight and cataract. Compensating the differences of visual perception, e.g. blurring, visual field limitation etc., a method for extracting and presenting visual information is investigated in this report.
