The partial role of J-STAGE is a conference management system which has been designed to help programme chairs to cope with the complexity of the refereeing process. FSS uses the system for the sophisticated and flexible management of the access of PC members. However, recent FSSs provide many kinds of organized sessions. Many session organizers cannot access J-STAGE system, because of the security and the management. Therefore, we developed the WebDB system to realize a smooth communication between PC members and session organizers.
