Abstract
We investigate the influence of the overlap among memory patterns in chaotic wandering states of the chaotic neural network model. We have investigated a memory search function based on the chaotic wandering phenomena in the chaotic neural network model. It has been shown that the different overlap among memory patterns introduces different dynamics in the chaotic wandering phenomena. However it has been still unknown how the difference of the overlap influences into dynamics in the chaotic wandering state. Therefore, the purpose of the present paper is to investigate effects of the overlap into chaotic wandering dynamics with controlling the strength of chaos. In the present paper, we employ some kinds of hierarchical memory patterns with different overlap, and investigate dynamical features of chaotic wandering states in the memory pattern space.
