Abstract
An FCMdd-based linear fuzzy clustering method was proposed in order to extract intrinsic local linear dependencies from relational data. In this research, the linear clustering method is applied to non-Euclidean relational data in conjunction with data transformation like NERF c-Means with the goal being to achieve local visualization in each cluster. An experimental result is shown to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method to visualization of text documents through data partitioning considering mutual similarity among documents.
