Abstract
The main purpose of local city development is to create the attractive city centre. The artificial society model is proposed as the complex system with the agents for citizens and commercial stores. The decision process of citizen agent can be formulated by fuzzy logic in the study. Therefore, the development process in the local city can be described properly based on the interaction of agents. It is reported in the existing study that the combined city development policies should be more effective than the single policy introduction. In the study, the formulation of agent decision in the artificial society is modified to analyze area characteristics and autonomy of city development. The interaction between the distribution of citizen agents and degree of city development can be observed. According to these analysis results, the artificial society model with intelligent information processing would dispose autonomous process exposition of local city development.
