On Fuzzy Co-Clustering based on Relational Fuzzy c-Means

Abstract

In this report, some fuzzy clustering algorithms are proposed for categorical multivariate data. These algorithms are based on that conventional methods can be interpreted as special cases of clustering methods for homogeneous relational data. The proposed methods have 2 options for the original objective functions, 3 options for fuzzification, 2 options for constraint of memberships, and 2 options for setting data.
