An Analysis of Consciousness of Career Development by Fuzzy Structural Model and Its Comparison between the Past and the Present University Students

Abstract

In order to help decision making of career effectively, it is important to be aware of the meaning of their career in their lifetime as well as their everyday life. Prof. Yamashita reported that the analysis results of the questionnaire of the career decision making to the university students in 1996 by Fuzzy Structural Model. This paper reports the analysis result of same questionnaire to the university students in 2010.
