Abstract
Recently, the IC chip embedded cards have been widely used in our daily life. Especially, FeliCa is well known card system, which is a contact-less RFID smart card system from Sony in Japan. Felica is used in electronic money cards such as Rakuten-Edy. The attendance management is a troublesome job in a lecture, because the check of the number attendance requires the authentification of stundets. We developed the attendance management system with Android Smartphone, where the authentication of IC card is not required the particular card reader, because Android smartphone (Android OS 2.3 and later) can use the technologies for NFC (Near Field Communication).
