Abstract
In this paper, an classification of photoplethysmograms (PPGs) based on their dynamics is discussed. Dynamical characteristics of the PPG change when a subject feels stress. The dynamics of the PPG are represented using Neo Fuzzy Neuron model which is a nonlinear type of AR model, and PPGs measured under relaxed/stressed situations are classified based on the model parameters of NFNs.
