Abstract
Currently, papers have reported measurement systems for joint motion in diagnosing. Although measurement systems with optical device such as camera is used widely, it have disadvantage that the precision decreases in case of presence obstacle between the marker and camera. Therefore, it is not applied to a clinical scene that hands and arms of an examiner interfere the vision of the camera. This study proposes an analysis method of knee motion by extracting only the region of the femur and tibia from images taken by an optical device.
