Abstract
In this paper, we take up a multi purpose group decision making problem and we propose a solution based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and a method of decision making hierarchy (AHP). In multi-objective problem, it is necessary to evaluate multicriteria factor for synthesizing the determination result of each standard and also it is important to weigh each of reference. Furthermore, in more than one person decision-making, it becomes a problem when each of person's opinion mix to other people's opinion. This decision overall is also related to the idea of consensus and social choice theory, but in this paper, to explore ways of determining overall subject, we use the variable weighted data envelopment analysis and pairwise comparison of hierarchical decision making method.
