Introduction and Verification of Competition Type Production Subject

Abstract

In a robot production subject at universities and high schools, robot competition is employed for aiming to motivate students and to encourage intelligibility of technology and knowledge. Robot competitions have a high degree of availability for reducing problems of science course and engineering. In this presentation, we introduce the basic robot production subject at Department of Electronics and Mechatronics, Tokyo Polytechnic University. And we verify the effectiveness of robot competition in production subject using questionnaire investigation.
