Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness of WJBL (Women's Japan Basketball League) retired players toward dual career and to examine the way Dual Career Education for elite athletes. As method of this study, questionnaires were conducted 45 WJBL retired players for grasping the awareness of dual career. Based on the WJBL retirement survey, this paper considers the dual career education of the athletes.
