Photographs arrangement recommendation system in consideration of real environment and the relation among objects

Abstract

When we design a space, we need to select and arrange objects in harmony with the space.The problem is that we cannot design the space considering all of the possible combinations, since there are a huge number of combinations which makes it necessary to spend a lot of time and effort when designing. In this paper,we propose a photographs arrangement recommendation system. It provides an augmented reality environment that allows us to easily evaluate photos that the users will like. We also verified the effectiveness of this system by questionnaire. This system was able to recommend the user’s favorite photos in the augmented reality environment. Thus, the effectiveness of the proposed system was confirmed.
