Abstract

In the paper we investigate the diversity of structures formed by two types of the morphogenetic system that we previously proposed. We previously showed that the systems can form many similar structures to our desired one by optimizing the parameters’ values of the systems. However, we have not revealed if the systems inherently have a bias in terms of formed structures. So, in the paper we randomly produce a large number of sets of parameters’ values needed for the system to form a structure and obtain the average structure from the formed ones. Then, we discuss if the systems have a bias in terms of formed structures. We conclude from the discussion that the systems do not have any bias in terms of formed structures.
