Abstract

This study analyzes the distribution of similarity of past reviews. Total 753 products and 101,638 reviews are collected from Amazon.co.jp, and distributions of most similar reviews are analyzed from reviews before the submission date. According to the result, the existence of clusters with high and low similarities to past reviews is conflrmed.
