Abstract

In recent years, various open data such as happiness rankings have been aggregated and ranked by local governments. However, since it is focused on one evaluation axis, there are problems such as deviation from the actual feeling and the inability to grasp the characteristics of local governments in the middle of the ranking. On the other hand, we proposed an evaluation model using prefectural data of 65 indicators used in the happiness ranking. The method evaluates each prefecture in image words by locating prefectures to the circumplex model of Russell using fuzzy reasoning. However, it was only modeled with data from a single year, and was not verified using data from other years. Therefore, in this paper, we tried to use the proposed evaluation method for aging data.
