Abstract

For the Blended Wing Body (BWB), which is considered to be a next-generation aircraft with high environmental compatibility that achieves low fuel consumption, this research optimizes the utilization method of the internal space of the aircraft regarding the layout of passenger seats and cargo compartments. By doing so, we aim to improve environmental compatibility. In this paper, we will report the results of conceptual design considering the utilization of internal space for Boeing 767 class aircraft.
