Abstract

Job hunting is an event that affects the future of students. In order to succeed in job hunting, it is important to be able to select a company that is in line with one's sense of values. We hypothesized that people whose aggregation of partials evaluations of a company is close to their overall evaluation of the same company are able to evaluate the company in line with their personal values. Therefore, we quantitatively define the consistency as the degree to which students' aggregation of partial and overall company evaluations are consistent. The purpose of this study is to clarify how individuals with high consistency view corporate information. In this paper, we compare the allocation of attention between the high and low consistency groups while they read corporate information.
