With the spread of smartphones and other similar devices, we are now able to easily submit and get information from all over the world using the Internet at any time. While youth can get benefits, they are also facing the risks. In Japan, so-called “flaming“, in which young people around the age of 20 post videos on SNS that cause problems for companies. We believe that this is caused by the perception gap in the scope of information spreads between the real world community and the SNS community. In this study, we challenge to the construct SNSs that can control unintentional flame-outs. First, we make people aware of the difference of information spreads among communities. Next, we will make users aware the difference in the scope of information addressing between the interact SNS community and the real-world community. We expect that this will encourage users to consider what information they do not need to submit to the world. Secondly, the information should not be spread to people unknown it. The enjoyment of same story within the closed community such as friends arises from the relationship, atmosphere, and context of the people involved. Therefore, it is not interesting for other community to see it, and in some cases, there are people who resent it which called “flaming“. We expect to control the spread of information by controlling the scope of spread.
