Using a simulator in advance is practical to check whether the machine operates without any problems when controlling it. This is true even for controlling Mini 4WD. However, such dedicated simulators are not currently available to the public. This paper describes our efforts to create a physics simulator using Unreal Engine 5, a general-purpose game engine. The simulator helps develop intelligent control systems without physical Mini 4WD machines. The simulator can also be used to reproduce various sensors and obtain ideal values or to obtain detailed information on conditions that are difficult to obtain with sensors, such as the ground state of a tire.
