Abstract

This study investigates the effects of wind disturbances and capsule shaking on the flight history as possible uncertainties during the insertion of a Mars exploration aircraft into the atmosphere. As a result, the flight time was extended when a strong tailwind blew, which promoted the nose-up. On the other hand, a strong headwind hinders the nose-up and shortens the flight time and distance. The flight time and flight distance were increased when the capsule tilted in the direction of flight, and vice versa.
