Abstract

In recent years, there have been many reports of illnesses caused by stress, and the impact of stress on health has become a matter of concern. When exposed to a stressful environment on a daily basis, there is a higher likelihood of developing sleep disorders when physical health is affected, and cases of depression when mental health is affected. To analyze and resolve this issue, numerous studies on stress have been conducted over the years. Among these, studies have been conducted to analyze whether a person is in a state of stress or not, and to analyze when a person feels stress. These studies involve asking participants to complete questionnaires or analyzing data such as electrocardiogram (ECG) data. Stress is perceived differently by each individual, and therefore, individualized coping strategies are necessary. The purpose of this study is to analyze stress-relieving behaviors using a smartband based on daily activities. Every day, daily activities, physiological information, and physical condition are recorded, and questionnaire analyses are conducted.
