QCA APPROACH FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROCESS OF JAPANESE ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In this paper, we research the starting process mechanism for Japanese Enterprises to involve the Business transformation using the latest Digital technology such as Bigdata, IOT(Internet of things), AI(Artificial Intelligence) and so on. Those new technologies are expected to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterpris-es. Here, we report on the key elements to succeed in the starting process and clarify the mecha-nism that influences the the starting process by QCA(Qualitative Comparative Analysis) approach. We are aiming to find the effective elements for executing digital transformation to success the competitive advantage.
