Abstract
We report a case of an 83-year old female with a vesicosigmoidal fistula admitted to our hospital due to hematuria. Abdominal CT and cystoscopic examination revealed a PTP (press through package) in the bladder. The foreign body was considered to have been migrating through the vesicosigmoidal fistula into the bladder. The endoscopic removal of the foreign body was successfully achieved in cooperation with a urologist.
