Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided biliary drainage has been reported as an effective salvage method in cases of failed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). EUS-antegrade treatment (AG) is one of the EUS-guided drainage methods. EUS-AG does not require the endoscope to reach the biliary orifice and all treatments are performed with a temporarily created fistula between the intestine and biliary duct. In this paper, we describe EUS-AG for various types of biliary disorders that are divided into malignant biliary obstruction, biliary stone, and benign biliary stricture.
