Abstract
The Third Clinic of Internal Medicine Hokkaido University School of Medicine The observations of the intra-and extra-gastric condition of the patient with Gastric Cancer were examined both with Gastrocamera and laparoscope in our laboratory. The authors noticed that despite of the small intra-gastric lesion, the inf iltvation or metastasis toward other organs was predominant in some cases. Further-more, it was recognized that the employment both of gastrocamera, and laparoscope was useful for the decision of the surgical treatment of patients.
