Abstract
A 56-year-ald man was incidentally found to have a flat elevated submucosal tumorwith central depression on the greater curvature of the gastric fundus. Endoscopic biopsyafter ethanol injection revealed an ectopic pancreas. Although ectopic pancreas in thegastric fundus was rare, the large flat elevated submucosai tumor with central depressionsecured to be characteristic of ectopic pancreas in the gastric body and fundus.
