Abstract
Raw rubbers are widely used in the industrial field such as materials for tire and nontire. The review describes the structure, characterization and manufacturing method of natural rubber, general purpose rubber such as styrene-butadiene rubber,butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, and special purpose rubber such as ethylene-propylene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylic rubber, silicone rubber,fluoro rubber. Recent trends on several kinds of catalyst systems and modifications of those rubbers are reviewed, further masticating behavior of those rubber are introduced.
