Heat Controls and Rubber Flow Behaviors in Screw of Extruder and Injection Machine and the Problems Occurred in These Process

Abstract

Heat control technology are most important in rubber extruding and injection production process to produce high quality rubber products.
In this report, I would like to describe the relation between the heating control and rubber flow behaviors in screw and introduce the problems occurred in these practical production process.
