Abstract

This report outlines the technical and societal issues concerning additives agent and explores potential solutions. In particular, it focuses on international chemical regulations and export controls as one of the key issues. Based on this, an overview of Japan’s current situation is shown, followed by proposals for both technological and societal countermeasures.
