Abstract
By using high resolution nuclear magnetic resonance, the method which directly observes Micro-Brownian motion during vulcanization has been developed and discussed. This method was found to be useful for elucidation of the characteristic change of Micro-Brownian motion depending on vulcanization agents or rubbers. Together with swollen crosslink density, 300% modulus and analysis of combined sulfur, this method provides detailed informations of optimum cure. This method has been applied to carbon black loaded compound of NR, and basic compound of Cis-polyisoprene and Cis-polybutadiene with the variation of vulcanization agents respectively and results were discussed.
