Abstract
Concentrated fluoric, nitric, hydrochrolic, sulfuric, and phosphoric acids were used for surface modification of titanium. After the etching, the surface was characterizaed. XRD indicated the formation of hydrogen titanium. Etching in sulfuric acid was the most attractive.
