Abstract
Silanization is important to improve bonding efficiency of ceramic materials, however, the heat treatment condition after silane coupling coating has not been clearly confirmed. The bonding strength of glass plate after silanization of various heat treatment and stainless steel rod was examined. The results of this bonding strength will be shown.
