Toranomon Hospital, Tokyo, Japan. A75year-old male complained of left chest pain caused by left malignant pleurisy on admission. This initial symptoms followed gradually by the syndrome of inappropriate secreti on of ADH during 6 months. Postmortem examination proved the production of ADH like substance by the tissues of the primary tumor.
