A neural-leprosy patient, male, 48-year-old, swallowed by mistake an artificial tooth which was not found by X-ray examination and considered to have been excreted out of the body. But the patient began to complain of severe cough and sputum. The second X-ray examination revealed it in the left bronchial tube, which was picked out by bronchoscopy about 100 days after the accident.
