Abstract
Clinical aspects and neuropsychological new hypothesis of the mechanisms of anosognosias of Babinski Type and somatoparaphrenia are mentioned. According to my view patients who cannot aware own left side paralysis do not never deny own left paralysis itself. Representations concerning own body are dually constructed as body consciousness and body schema. This facts correspond to primary consciousness and higher order consciousness proposed by Gerald Edelman. Body consciousness was at evolutionally first stage represented in right and left hemisphere. However belonging to the development of higher order consciousness body consciousness became right hemisphere predominant even tough bilaterally represented. Consequently left side body consciousness lost by the right hemisphere was integrated into right side body schema and for the patient real right side body became all of own body consciousness. Somatoparaphrenia will be considered as induced or imaginary confabulation following to the solution of contradiction between left body which now was not attributed himself and real paralysed left side body.
