Abstract

Thirty years have past from a birth of Balanced Scorecard (BSC). BSC faces a new aspect that organizations must consider not only a financial perspective but also ecology and social perspectives. I explain the background of a birth of BSC, its development, and the Sustainability BSC (SBSC) that is paid attention to.
