Study of Method to develop “Intrinsic Motives” confirmed to human psychology and behavior, to live in the VUCA Society

Abstract

In the VUCA society, it is important for individuals to think about their jobs and careers based on " intrinsic motives " rather than being limited to existing success patterns and data. In this paper, we will discuss methods that make us aware of " intrinsic motives " that are difficult to capture due to the influence of the external environment. To create this method, we refer to the way of Art thinking, and utilize the knowledge of psychology and behavioral economics.
