The Establishment of HCD-Net, its Evolution, and its Current Status

Abstract

Reflecting on the social context around September 2004, when the application for establishing an NPO was submitted, as well as the background leading to its formation, this document considers the inevitable reasons behind the establishment of HCD-Net, how those reasons are connected to the current situation, and how they relate to the future direction of its activities.
