Effects of milk micellar calcium phosphate on absorption of calcium in SD rats

Abstract

　We reported that the calcium concentrations in portal vein were different between rats fed milk micellar calcium phosphate complex and calcium carbonate. Present study showed that same results were not obtained. Further researches were needed to clarify the mechanism of the effects on calcium absorption of micellar calcium phosphate complex.
