Abstract

Hydrogen and its compounds such as NH3, e-methane and e-fuel, which will mainly support future GX, will need to be supplied stably, in huge quantities with low price, just like supply chain of fossil fuels. Therefore, there is a need for high efficiency, large scale, and low cost through mass production in the production technology of hydrogen and its compounds. To avoid this problem, hydrogen production technology using steam is expected.
