Abstract
We did a survey for the product purchasers, then verified the following hypothesis. On products for daily uses, surprisingly it isn’t being used by the function. Even if it is used, “Lasting-barriers” that learning effect isn’t raised exists in both of the hardware and the software. And “IL-matrix” is effective to evaluate a level of importance of a barrier. And we examine the reason why “Will for master” of users falls down after a product is purchased.
