ACCELERATOR MASS SPECTOROMETRY

Abstract

  Present status is reviewed on the developments of accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) of which extremely high sensitivity has greatly extended the scope of application of long-lived radioisotopes in many fields. The systems and methods of AMS are described.
