Development of Grid Modulator using π-MOS FET

Abstract

  A simplyfied grid madulator to produce various pulse widths of linac beams by using a pai-MOS FET has been developed. The Performance of modulator high output (above 80V at 50ohm load) at pulse widths between 0.1 at 4.5 microseconds.
